Unless your outside pet is a polar bear, a penguin, or an Artic fox they will need extra help for the next couple of weeks.  As the Artic cold pushes South the outside animals are going to need shelter that is warm & dry. They will also need access to water that isn't frozen. We usually make all the necessary precautions for our homes and vehicles but sometimes the animals are forgotten. Please be prepared in their behalf!
